Second marriages can be more romantic than first marriages because the second time around, people are more sure of who they are and what they want in a partner. Couples are more often more romantic because they appreciate their second chance at love so much more. This blog is about love and romance the second time around! And, about how much I love my husband, Chuck!

Our First Dance
Chuck and I were looking for a very special song for our first dance. We didn't want it to be a cliche first dance song that everyone uses. One of our very favorite singers, since the beginning of our relationship, has been Josh Groban. He is SOOO romantic. And so are we. I had Chuck listen to the words and we both liked them very much, so For Always was the song we chose for the first dance at our wedding. I love this song and every time I hear it, I fall more and more in love with my husband! I strongly feel these words, and feel our marriage is not only "till death do us part" but For Always...onto eternity...just as the song says. I hope you enjoy these words and think of them in a romantic light.
For Always
I close my eyes
And there in the shadows I see your light
You come to me out of my dreams across
The night
You take my hand
Though you may be so many stars away
I know that our spirits and souls are one
We´ve circled the moon and we´ve touched the sun
So here we´ll stay
For Always
Forever
Beyond here and on to eternity
For Always
Forever
For us there´s no time and no space
No barrier love won´t erase
Wherever you go
I still know in my heart you will be
With me
From this day on
I´m certain that I´ll never be alone
I know what my heart must have always known
That love has a power that´s all it´s own
And For Always
Forever
Now we can fly
And For Always
and always
We will go on beyond goodbye
For Always
Forever
Beyond here and on to eternity
For Always
And ever
You´ll be a part of me
And For Always
Forever
One thousand tomorrows may cross the sky
And For Always
And always
We will go on beyond goodbye
